Elżbieta Zakrzewska-Larsen
- Graduate of the University of Gdansk at the Faculty of Law, in cooperation with the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and completed postgraduate studies LLM in International Commercial Law at the Leon Kozminski University.
- Since 2010, she is a member of the Gdansk Bar Association, Member of CCBE – Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe, Member of AEA -International Lawyers Network.
- She has experience practicing in an international environment. She gained experience in reputable law firms in the Tri-City area as well as in international corporations. Worked as the head of the legal department in a technology-focused manufacturing capital group. She possesses the ability to approach issues not only from the legal perspective, but also from the technical and business aspects. Additionally, she analyzes contracts using her legal knowledge in the context of the business model.
- In her professional activity, she focuses on providing legal service businesses from various sectors, in particular IT, Technology, Networking. She also handles foreign clients and entities. Her specialization includes new technologies law, intellectual property law, e-commerce and data protection. She also provides advice on investments in new technologies, takes part in trade negotiations and international transactions.
- She provides legal advice to foreigners as well as Polish citizens residing in the United States. Her expertise includes areas such as inheritance law, family law, recognition of judgments issued in the USA, as well as matters related to returning to and/or relocating to Poland.
- She provides legal service in English and Polish.
- In her personal life, she enjoys traveling, family and being part of her community.
