What is a radca prawny?
A radca prawny (Polish attorney-at-law) is a member of a regulated legal profession in Poland. A radca prawny gives legal advice and can represent clients before public authorities and courts, including the voivode, the Head of the Office for Foreigners and the administrative courts.
Which languages do you consult in?

Can I still file a residence permit application on paper?
No. Since 27 April 2026, applications for temporary residence, permanent residence and EU long-term resident permits can be filed only electronically, through the MOS system (mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl).
Can you help with Polish citizenship if I live in the US or Canada?
Yes. For clients in the United States and Canada we run a dedicated English-language website, polishlineage.com, with the procedure and the document checklist.
Do you guarantee a positive decision?
No. The decision is made by the competent authority, and the administrative court reviews its lawfulness. We give an honest assessment of the chances and risks, prepare complete documentation and conduct the proceedings carefully.
